This is the first book in this series by this author. This is the first book I've read by this author and I was completely sucked into the pages from the first page. This is the story of Lauren and Angel, these two have to pass to contend with. This is such a dark, powerful read from the start. This story just sicks you in from the first page and keeps you reading long into the night. This book is heart-wrenching, emotional, powerful, and moving. This is an amazing start to this series and I can't wait to see where this series goes.
